I love this home. How do I move forward?
Great choice! To get started, contact Kendall at 970-601-4003. She’ll send you a reservation form, and once that’s complete, our Sales Manager will prepare your contract and schedule a contract review.

What’s required to buy?
We’ll collect earnest money and have you sign the purchase contract. The good news? Your earnest money is credited back to you at closing, and your down payment isn’t due until closing.

How much is the earnest money?
Earnest money is $5,000.

I love this home, but I’m not ready to move yet. Are there other options?
Yes! We offer homes in various stages of construction, along with available homesites in many of our communities. Chances are, we have an option that aligns perfectly with your timing.

How long does it take to build?
Most homes take approximately 6–8 months to build from the time you contract.

I have a home to sell. Do you accept contingencies?
Yes—we do. This allows you to secure your new Hartford home with confidence before selling your current one.
