Sales experience with Kelly O'Dell and Ella Grant was exceptional. Always available to answer questions and allow us access to the home while it was being built. Sherman, Shane, and Justin were incredibly thorough during all of the walk throughs. Made us feel comfortable knowing what we were getting into in our own home. Justin has also been incredible with all of the final fixes and two week fixes. Ryan has been incredibly responsive to Warranty issues. All in all, we have loved our experience with Hartford. Landon and Kara are wonderful humans.
