Homeowner Emergencies are defined as; total loss of heat in the winter, total loss of power exclusive of your whole home, and a plumbing leak resulting in the main water supply to the home being shut off. *LOSS OF AC IN THE SUMMER IS NOT A HOMEOWNER EMERGENCY*
First, check the troubleshooting tips located in the manual. If the tips do not solve the problem, please call, or email our office if during business hours and during the Hartford Homes Limited Warranty Period: 970-397-4285 or 970-825-7408 and kedmonds@hartfordco.com.
Outside of business hours or after the Hartford Homes Limited Warranty period has ended, please contact the Trade or appropriate utility company directly using the emergency numbers that have been provided in your closing flash drive or on the sticker posted on the inside panel of the cabinet door below the Kitchen Sink.
